Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on non-faulty items that have been opened or used. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist you. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 7 days.
