This sensor is awesome, it’s highly accurate, uses standard I2C to communicate, it’s extremely well documented and a plethora of drivers and sample sources are freely available. And it’s extremely economical to boot! I’m using it to sense liquid level in a tank, to do that it must be enclosed in an air-tight container with a [3mm OD] nipple to accommodate a silicon tube, that hangs in the tank all the way to the bottom. It senses depth by the change in pressure caused by the liquid, as it attempts to equalize its level in the tube. For this to be accurate two of them are required, one to correct for changes in ambient barometric pressure. hPa converts directly to mmH2O! (Yes there’s a commercially available module that does this, but it’s lame by comparison. I wasted way too much time trying communicate with it.) Long story short, I’m very pleased.
