Description Most general-purose relay designed for resisitive load, not inductive load. Inductive load will try to hold power as much as possible and give kickback to relay control circuit. If you are designed a relay board and using a general pupose relay (for example this and this), this board could be helpful to solve the kickback issue, the board should be parrallel conntected to natural and live line of relay output.
