To make your experience with our Product Guarantee program as quick and easy as possible, please complete the form below.

Do not return your product to the Authorized Kwik Goal dealer that you may have purchased it from.

Please use the return labels provided at the bottom of this form. The return shipment must be shipped prepaid freight. COD shipments will not be accepted.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for repair or replacement.

This guarantee form can be used for products that have a retail cost of $225 or less. For all Product Guarantee requests over $225 of retail cost you must call our returns department for approval in advance.
